The father of an 11 year old girl missing from Lansing says she was found with the help of tips from social media. "LPD was not around the whole search," he said. "All of our leads to her came from Facebook."
Vincentia Valentina Soto-Rangel went missing Sunday evening at around 6:30. Late on Sunday, Lansing Police appealed to the public for help locating her. WILX-TV says Lansing Police said early Monday Soto-Rangel was believed to be a runaway and not in danger.

In a Facebook video posted early Monday afternoon, Jerico Rangel said his daughter had stayed in an abandoned, tagged house with a number of other area youths. The video showed images of the home's floors covered in clothing and garbage.
Rangel said "Let this be a wake up call for all you parents out there."
