It's unfortunate that it's necessary to equip buses with cameras to catch impatient, dangerous drivers, but that's how it is in Holt now.
Holt school buses now feature hi-definition cameras on the stop arms that will capture an image, including a crisp, clear shot of the license plate o any vehicle that passes the bus while it's loading or unloading kids, WILX-TV reports.

It is illegal to pass a bus with its red warning lights on and while there's been a recent nationwide emphasis by districts and police departments on cracking down on those in violation, police officers can't be everywhere a bus is at all times. But the stop arm cameras can.
Beware, and if you're feeling a little hot under the collar because you're that impatient person that thinks the rules don't apply to them, you should also be ashamed.
